Simple. Secure. Cashless.
NACH enables customers to authorise scheduled EMI payments directly from their bank account, making loan repayment convenient, transparent and hassle-free.
JKFPL follows a cashless approach to EMI collection, with repayments processed through authorised banking and digital payment channels.
Where applicable, all EMI collection is processed through NACH and authorised digital/banking channels.
NACH (National Automated Clearing House) is an electronic payment system that enables recurring payments, such as loan EMIs, to be automatically debited from a customer's authorised bank account.
By registering a NACH mandate, customers can ensure their scheduled EMI payments are processed conveniently without the need to make a payment manually each month.
How to Activate Your NACH Mandate
Submit the required bank account and mandate details for EMI repayment.
Complete the applicable authentication or verification process through the authorised banking/NACH channel.
Once successfully verified and accepted, the NACH mandate is registered against the loan account.
Future EMI payments can be presented for auto-debit according to the agreed repayment schedule and mandate terms.
Customers who wish to withdraw or cancel their NACH mandate may raise a request through the applicable process.
How to Request Deactivation
Raise a request for NACH mandate cancellation/deactivation.
Provide the necessary loan and mandate details for verification.
The request will be processed through the applicable NACH/banking procedure.
You will be informed of the applicable mandate status following successful processing.
Deactivation of a NACH mandate does not cancel your loan or your obligation to repay the outstanding EMI/loan amount.
Customers must continue to make their EMI payments on time through an authorised alternative repayment method, wherever applicable.
